Hi!
I’ve always been drawn to solving problems—especially those that help people and businesses thrive. My journey into Talent Acquisition began over 10 years ago, starting as a recruiter in the tech industry. At the time, I didn’t realise just how much this role would ignite my passion for finding the right talent, building high-performance teams, and creating scalable solutions for businesses facing recruitment challenges.
What I quickly discovered was that recruitment isn’t just about filling positions—it’s about understanding the unique challenges a company faces and crafting solutions that align with both their immediate and long-term goals. I thrive in environments where I can dive deep into the intricacies of talent acquisition and build systems that not only attract the best candidates but also ensure those candidates have a seamless, engaging experience from start to finish.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, refining processes, and tackling complex recruitment problems. Whether it was creating an in-house contract recruitment function with the potential to save millions or winning awards for innovative onboarding strategies, I’ve always approached my work with the same mindset: find a problem, design a solution, and execute it flawlessly. I’m driven by the opportunity to help businesses grow by ensuring they have the right people in the right roles, at the right time.
A core part of my leadership philosophy is being a servant leader. I believe that leadership is about empowering and supporting the people around you. It’s about putting the needs of the team first, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability, and guiding others to realise their full potential. By leading with empathy and focusing on the development of individuals, I’ve been able to build cohesive, high-performing teams that are not only driven to succeed but are genuinely engaged in their work.
At my core, I’m a builder, a problem-solver, and a passionate advocate for people.

With over a decade of experience in Talent Acquisition, I bring far more than leadership expertise. I’m a hands-on professional who has personally recruited for hundreds of technical and non-technical roles—from Developers, Data and AI Engineers, and Data Analysts to Project Managers, CIOs, CTOs, COOs, Finance Directors, Chiefs of Staff, and many more. I continue to stay actively involved in recruitment, using AI and automation tools such as Metaview, Calendly, Copilot and Granola to help me work efficiently while keeping the human touch at the heart of what I do.​

Who I am outside of my achievements is just as important as I bring my wholeself to work. Making people happy is what makes me happy. I like to see the humor in work, I like to laugh and I love to make people laugh. I love to travel, whether that's abroad with my wife or across the UK with the two of us and our chocolate Labrador, Bella. I'm also a big Arsenal fan and the club has given me some of my best...and worst memories.
